Doing  the  work  all  year  round.  Listening  to  the  sound  just  produced.  Feeling  a  love  for  the  work  of  the  composer  and  knowing  the  value  and  genuine  honour  of  producing  the  composers  work.  Trusting  the  sound  of  the  microphone  and  knowing  the  beauty  of  the  acoustics.
